I do not eat pork, how do I ensure that my meat is not contaminated?

For our Zamboanga store, we have separate teams for pork and non pork items, separate preparation areas, storage areas, washing areas, equipment, and no one is allowed to touch any equipment between the two to ensure that all non-pork items won’t be contaminated with pork items. During delivery, separate iceboxes are used by our drivers to avoid cross-contamination. They are also required to use disposable gloves to handle pork items. 


While we do not have the same facilities in our Gensan store, we can do our best to accommodate special requests to separate pork products from your order in certain parts of our delivery. Please let us know in the order instructions box.
